Fixes #27.

To me, pflog, daemon and messages need to be rotated every day due to the amount of data written on them ; but authlog can be rotated every week rather than every day and kept 52 weeks.

The files xferlog and lpd-errs are not so much used, so they are rotated every day but kept only one week.
The other ones are rotated on a weekly basis and are kept for 52 weeks, or one year.
