each time I execute playbook with standard roles + packweb, I have 5 tasks "changed":

TASK [minifirewall : /usr/local/lib/nagios/plugins/ exists] ********************
TASK [nagios-nrpe : Nagios lib is secured] *************************************
RUNNING HANDLER [mysql : restart nagios-nrpe-server] ***************************
TASK [webapps/evoadmin-web : Change ownership on git repository] ***************
TASK [webapps/evoadmin-web : Fix permissions] **********************************
