(unstable) evolinux-base / apt : Missing /usr/share/scripts for new server #51

In the current state of unstable, when a new server is installed, evolinux-base will summon the apt role.

In the apt/tasks/hold_packages.yml, a task checks if /usr/share/scripts/check_held_packages.sh exists.

But, since it's a new server, the /usr/share/scripts/ don't exist (yet) and the task fails
