The minifirewall_http_sites needs to be informed of archive.ubuntu.com and security.ubuntu.com.

There are a bunch of current default debian sites that are not necessary. I'm not sure if we want to just add them in the playbook case by case or modify the task to define it automatically.

We could probably turn it into a template and add a new default variable.

Adds default http sites whitelist for ubuntu Ubuntu and Debian do not use the same apt sources. I created two new default variables (minifirewall_default_xxx_http_sites) that contain a list of the sites required for apt to work. I then removed the debian sites from the default file and added two new tasks to prepend the contents of these variables to HTTPSITES. fixes #65
