I noticed it's impossible for the bind role to complete without the resulting configuration failing the bind9 evochecks. So I fixed them. You might want to look mostly at c6804e73e7. The two other commits, 2bbebded9e and 6118dda7c9, are mostly about linting / quoting, but generate noise.
