Current behavior

IS_EVOMAINTENANCECONF is thrown if any of the vars listed here are missing.

The issue

When evomaintenance is in "API" mode, some vars related to PG may be absent. And that's okay as evomaintenance is still properly configured.

Expected behaviour

Evocheck should expect API settings or PG settings and be happy with.
