IS_APACHE2EVOLINUXCONF is fired even if not apache installed on the machine.

Still happening.

We should check instead wether apache is installed. The existance of /etc/apache2 can be explained by the presence other packages pushing some config for it in /etc/apache2/conf-available/ (yes, like you php-fpm! )
