According to "new" conventions, Evocheck should preferentially use /etc/evolinux/evocheck.cf if present and fallback to /etc/evocheck.cf if not.

It could also try to load /etc/evocheck.cf then /etc/evolinux/evocheck.cf making it completely transparent, but having some kind of deprecation warning might be a good idea.
