Check if /bin/sh links to dash and not bash.

I don't agree this should be a check because there will too much positive and there is no action to do in general, only disable the check.

IIRC this was a check proposed by @jlecour. Some servers (OVH IIRC) were having issues because they were using bash and not dash.

I'm not aware of how big the issue can be, maybe @jlecour can explain it?

Indeed, I've submitted this originally for Evolinux. I also remember that @gcolpart didn't agree to change the default shell to Dash.

I still think that Evolinux should be set it to Dash by default (but configurable), but I'm not sure if we should have an evocheck.
