This here patch set allows evolinux-base, evolinux-users, apache and all their dependencies to be run on Ubuntu. There are surely some bugs still and some of the conditions are a little rough around the edges.

This has been tested on 4 ubuntu machines, but they have not been ran under production workloads yet.
