Hey

IS_MYSQLUTILS is thrown on debian 9 with the current role of mysql-oracle (MySQL 5.7)

The reason is that mytop is manually installed in /usr/local/bin/mytop while the check expect to see something at /usr/bin/mytop

Both packages have the binary in /usr/bin/mytop. The issue is not here.
mariadb-client-10.1 or mytop coming from http://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian/.

The issue is here:
grep -q mysqladmin /root/.my.cnf, ansible-roles uses adminmysql.
